For legal entities (according to Article 8 of Law No. 32/1994 and Law No. 571/2003, updated Fiscal Code, regarding sponsorship, Romanian individuals or legal entities that make sponsorships benefit from reducing the taxable base by the equivalent of the sponsorship, according to the law). To support our educational and cultural program, choose to allocate 20% of the corporate tax to Interact Projects. This support does not represent an additional expense for your company, as the sponsorship is deductible from the corporate tax owed to the Romanian state, if it falls within the limits of the law, based on a sponsorship contract.

For individuals (according to the provisions of the Fiscal Code, Article 84, paragraph 2, any individual taxpayer can allocate 3.5% of the income tax to a nonprofit entity).
